Terms of Delivery - Trade One Scrap
Terms of Delivery
Prices are day-trade prices (all rights reserved);
All orders are FOB;
Once the order has been placed, buyer shall pay 100% in advance;
Within 5 working days seller will notify buyer if order can be handled/process within 10 working days;
If so, buyer will get order conformation and details of delivery;
If not, buyer will refund order (100%);
If buyer will cancel the order, buyer will pay seller an admin fee (10% order amount);
Buyer can not reclaim order by payment company (withdrawal by creditcard payment);
Buyer can not questioning the order once placed (at full risk of buyer);
Seller will provide all documents for export from port of embarkation (departure);
Buyer will be responsible for all document of import at port of disembark (arrival);
Buyer shall indemnify seller right after departure of vessel at port of embarkation;
Buyer will take care of all additional costs after departure of vessel at port of embarkation;
